Dominik studied Computer Science at the University of Zurich where he earned a Master of Science degree. He finished a post-study in quantitative finance while making his first professional career steps at Bank Vontobel AG in Switzerland. As head of Global Operational Risk, he was responsible for the successful design and implementation of the operational risk framework under the Basel II regulation within the bank, as well as the setup of risk requirements in the Bank's new Avaloq installation. After his time at Bank Vontobel, Dominik moved on to the position of Head of Structuring, part of the Structured Products unit at Bank Julius Baer, with responsibility for new products & business processes. Combining his deep technical, product, process and business knowledge derived from several years of experience within the investment banking industry, with his passion for optimisation and automation support in financial markets, Dominik has founded WorkingWeb to support financial industry participants in all kind of business process requirements definition and IT implementation.

In 2011, following his passion to develop high quality software and support clients in achieving their goals, he founded Azine IT Services AG to work as independent IT expert for clients in the health-, banking- and mobile-payment sector and to improve the process of recruiting the best IT contractors for clients with the web platform azine.me. In 2016 he joined WorkingWeb as partner to leverage the knowledge and network of both companies.
azine.me is an online market place for the efficient referral of on-site IT contracts/jobs directly from IT expert to IT expert. In cooperation with WorkingWeb, azine.me offers an exclusive administration service for contractors.
